School Meals

1

Children in Sutton now qualify for Universal Free School Meals. Your child will receive their free school meals automatically, but it’s vitally important that you still complete your school or borough’s registration form in case your child is eligible for extra funding for their school from the Government, worth £1,300 per year. That’s extra money to spend on enrichment activities, teacher development, and targeted support for the children
that need it most. Depending on how schemes operate in your borough, it may also entitle you to other benefits like food vouchers during the holidays.

Please use the below link to register for free school meals via the London Borough of Sutton.  Alternatively, if you would like the school to apply on your behalf, please complete the form below.

CCJ Application for Free School Meals

Your child has the choice at lunchtime of a school prepared meal or bringing in a packed lunch.

You are able to have a flexible pattern for which days your child wishes to have a school dinner or packed lunch.
Your child will be asked during morning registration of their meal preference for the day.

As a school with ‘healthy school’ status, we actively encourage children to exercise and follow a healthy and balanced diet.

School prepared meals

School meals are prepared and cooked on the premises by our LEO Catering Team who plan the meals in advance to ensure that they are nutritious, healthy and appealing.

Years 5 & 6 will be able to choose from our 'Grab & Go' menu as an additional
option to the current school meal menu.
